IGLO ENERGY is distinguished by the lowest coefficient of heat transfer for the whole window, which amounts for 0,6 W/ (m2K). Such a result is an excellent result in terms of energy-efficient windows and confirms excellent insulating properties of the new product. The window has an innovative sealing system, available only in DRUTEX’ offer, that guarantees great performance concerning the energy efficiency. This is the first solution of that type in the world that is equipped with the central gasket made of foamed EPDM. 7-chamber profiles of the frame and the sash, made exclusively of prime material in A-class for installation depth of 82 mm.
2 Fittings
As a standard MACO MULTI MATIC KS fittings with Silber-Look coating, two anti-theft hooks, a wing lift with a block against handle misplacement. Optionally the possibility to hide hinges in the fitting notch and application of solutions in anti-burglary class RC 2 and RC 2N.
3 Gaskets
The window is equipped with an innovative sealing system, available exclusively in DRUTEX S.A. offer, that guarantees great parameters in energy efficiency. EPDM sealing is available in black, grey and graphite colors.
4 Glass
  • Standard offer includes two-chamber glass package for the window IGLO ENERGY
  • Standard glazing packages consist of two thermofloat panes (soft/light-coating) which are 4mm thick, are equipped with the steel spacers that width amounts for 18 mm and a thickness of float glass amounts for 4 mm. The space between the panes is filled with the gas - argon to achieve a lower heat transfer coefficient. There are also available one-, two- or three-chamber packages with a maximum width of glazing that amounts for 48mm (Ug = 0,5 W/(m2K)).
  • It is also possible to use the new generation of glass packages with low-emissivity coatings filled with krypton with a thermal transmittance coefficient of Ug = 0,3 W/(m2K).
  • Moreover, DRUTEX offers the possibility to choose such glazing that is in line with the client's needs and preferences concerning soundproofing, sun and anti-burglary protection. The company offers the ability to change the window glazing type for: i.e. float, antisol, reflect-float, ornament, safe anti-burglary.

2 The system is equipped with the central seal made from foamed EPDM. IGLO ENERGY is distinguished by one of the lowest coefficient of heat transfer for the whole window, which amounts for 0,6 W/ (m2K).
3 Cutting-edge fittings MACO MULTI MATIC KS with two pivot bolts iS (intelligente Sicherheit - smart protection) around the whole perimeter of the window:
  • Silber-Look coating and linear depressions on casement bolts and hidden hinges in the ferrule rebate of the window offers superb aesthetics.
  • Optionally available are also solutions in the anti-burglary class RC 2N
4 Availability to choose one- or two- or three-chamber glazing packages with a maximum width of 48mm , Ug = 0,5 W/ (m2K).
  • It is also possible to use the new generation of glass packages with low-emissivity coatings filled with krypton with a thermal transmittance coefficient of Ug = 0,3 W/ (m2K).
  • Standard offer includes two-chamber glass package made of glass 4mm (4/18/4/18/4) which thermal transmittance coefficient amounts for Ug=0,5 W/(m2K).
  • Bigger glazing chamber, depth of glass overlapping up to 21mm, which reduces the linear coefficient
  • Standard offer includes steel frame. Optionally, there’s a possibility to use the Swisspacer frame that reduces heat losses
5 Large central chamber ensures proper static. It is possible to use two types of reinforcement: steel and fiberglass.
