The otherwise timeless colour range surprises with powerful accent colours for the front profile a contrasting play of colours which livens up any façade. This awning is well-positioned even in technical terms. A swivel joint inclines it to a preset angle of pitch after extension and the bionic tendon in the folding arms lends it, apart from lownoise operation, a robust character. Thanks to the LED spotlights, which can be mounted in a multifunctional groove below the awning, atmospheric evenings on the patio are guaranteed. Just in case of rain the cassette protects the awning while not in use; when extended, the integrated gutter and water drainage spouts make water run off to the sides. The extremely sturdy awning construction provides perfect stability and winding perfection – even when large areas have to be shaded. markilux 1500 won the notable IF product design award for many reasons: besides their fabulous design the ovoid gas piston-tensioned arms give particularly good cover tautness.
The coverboard is fitted with a brush that removes the worst dirt and debris as the awning is being retracted. A patented mechamism allows the coverboard to adapt itself to the pitch of the awning automatically so that the awning always retracts into its optimum position. markilux standard as well as special colours, a broad variety of fabrics and intelligent accessories are made to design one´s perfectly personal award-winner.
Markilux 1600

With 400 cm of maximum projection it is really stunning that markilux 1600 can offer a width up to 710 cm. The strong double steel-link chain and powerful arms are base for that – and for a perfectly taut cover. Famous IF product design award was also granted for the elegant aluminium front profile that closes into the awning´s coverboard – fitted with a brush for removing dirt and debris as the awning is being retracted. To avoid any gap between coverboard and front, it automatically adapts to the awning´s pitch. And of course: there are numberless possibilities to combine frame colours and fabrics.
Markilux 1650

The markilux 1650 is nearly identical to the markilux 1600: the integrated LED spots in the front profile make the striking difference. They are rotatable up to 90 degrees, dimmable, or may illuminate the house´s façade. Apart from that, the markilux 1650 offers generous 400 cm of projection and a width of up to 710 cm. The prescious IF design award was granted amongst others – for the design of the awning´s coverboard – fitted with a brush for removing dirt and debris as the awning is being retracted. Standard and lounge colours, fabrics and intelligent accessories make it even more beautiful to be outside – day and night.
Markilux 930 swing

The markilux 930 swing adapts ideally to all conditions. It is small, delicate and elegant – and especially suited for installation under overhanging roofs, where additional protection of cover and mechanics is not required. An intelligent pivoting mechanism lends it a particularly compact and flat appearance when closed. While being extended, the awning remains horizontal and then pivots into the individually pre-set pitch. The windlock mechanism prevents the awning from flipping up in windy conditions.
